Comment Plugin Config

Intro

The theme provide comment support using @vuepress/plugin-comment, and it passes plugins.comment in theme options to the plugin.

@vuepress/plugin-comment currently supports 4 comment services:

Artalk
Giscus
Twikoo
Waline

Ignore this option if you don't need comment feature.
